just a short glimse from the one day long mini convent this weekend wich i suddenly was called in to teach a class at.

at about 2.44 in the video there is a small sequense from my HathaYoga class, showing the beginning of the arm-balance part, [also showed them how to do straight armed crane and one legged "eka pada bakasana"] - just to show them what they can manage if the free their mind and use inner awarness & breath..
and then some video shooting from the begining of the final deep relaxation...
